Student Summer Digital Resources
Summer Availability of Student Curriculum/Applications
Access to digital resources over the summer months varies depending on the vendor and application. Dates of availability are dependent upon several factors such as renewal dates, whether the district or teacher build class rosters and vendor requirements.
Access to applications for students fall into one of three categories:
- Available all summer **
- Available until the end of day of 8/1/25 and again on 09/2/25. This allows preparation for the upcoming school year. These applications show teacher/student class enrollment and can change until class schedules are finalized.
- Access for the applications controlled by the vendor or teacher have different availability schedules. All applications will be available no earlier than 9/2/25 for the 2025-26 school year.
** To prepare for the 2025-26 school year, email (Office 365) passwords for 1st through 5th grade students (2025-26 school year) will be reset the second week of August (approximately). Parents will be notified of the new password scheme and exact date via ParentSquare.

Notes:
- New students to the district will have access to applications for the 2025-26 school year on 9/2/25.
- If students currently have access to an application, the application will be updated with the new school year information on 9/2/25 where applicable.
- Students’ access to applications is based on academic program needs.
