Throughout our lives we develop a relationship with food! If you would like the opportunity to develop your skills in the kitchen, this is the class for you! As you learn kitchen techniques, you can become more creative with the dishes you prepare.  Topics of study include Food and kitchen safety, nutrition, food preparation, food industry careers, and foods from various regions. This course is part of the Human Services program pathway in high school.
