Future Chefs Culinary Competition
Do you know an elementary student who loves to cook?
Encourage them to enter their favorite family recipe!
Important dates:
- January 2-26: Submit your recipe online. Form closes at 3 p.m., Friday, January 26.
- February 2: Finalists notified
- February 29, 4:30 p.m.: Finalists prepare their recipe in a live competition at Timberline Middle School.
Contest rules
- You must be enrolled and attend an elementary school in Lake Washington School District.
- Recipes may contain up to 15 ingredients.
- Recipe must yield twelve 4 oz. portions.
- Ingredients will be provided for February 29 finalists.
- Recipe must take less than one hour to prepare and cook.
- You must have parental permission.
- One entry per student.
- To be a finalist, you must be available to prepare and present your dish in person at Timberline Middle School on February 29, 2024, 4:30 - 6:30 p.m.
- Once submitted, recipes are final.
