New Vendor & Contractor Setup
Welcome to Lake Washington School District! We’re happy to have you here.
We want to get you up and running as quickly as possible. If you run into trouble during the process, you can get help from the LWSD Helpdesk (425-936-1366 or helpdesk@lwsd.org).
Before you get started, make sure you have your username, password and LWSD email address. These should have been included in a welcome email sent to your personal email address. If you did not receive it or it is otherwise not available, the LWSD staff member who you report to can assist.
Vendor and contractor accounts are limited to one-year terms or dependent on the timing related to your contract. Each year vendor and contractor accounts must be renewed by the sponsoring district administrator.

About your username
Your username is typically prefixed with "v-" or "c-," then your first initial, followed by your last name. If other people share a similar name to you, your username might include additional letters of your first name or the first initial of your middle name. Your email address is your username@lwsd.org.

Please note that our Helpdesk is not able to reset passwords or MFA for vendors remotely. It’s for this reason that we require you set up self-service password reset, and why we strongly recommend that you have backup methods available for both SSPR and MFA.
