Redmond Middle School addition

As part of the 2022 Building Excellence Construction Levy, voters approved additions at Finn Hill, Kirkland and Redmond middle schools which will provide an additional 24 permanent classrooms to address the district’s growing enrollment. Redmond Middle School will receive eight classrooms and support spaces in a two story addition.

Construction updates: Fall 2023

As part of the 2022 Building Excellence Construction Levy, Finn Hill Middle School, Kirkland Middle School, and Redmond Middle School are all adding eight more classrooms starting in the fall of 2024.

Contractors for Lake Washington School District were busy over the summer implementing multiple construction projects for the 2022 Building Excellence Construction Levy.

Beginning in spring of 2022, the School Construction Impact Team (SCIT) met to plan the Redmond Middle School construction project and review design.
