Additional High School Capacity: Eastside Area

As part of the 2022 Building Excellence Construction Levy, voters approved funding additional high school capacity on the eastside of the district. High School 10 located on Site 59 in Sammamish will include 24 classrooms and support spaces in a three-story building.

At their April 15 meeting, the Lake Washington School District (LWSD) Board of Directors approved redirecting levy funds from the 2022 Building Excellence Construction Levy. LWSD will hold on construction at Site 59 in Sammamish and will redirect these funds to build additions at Eastlake High School and Redmond High School.

Redmond, Wash. – Lake Washington School District (LWSD) has proposed redirecting levy funds from the 2022 Building Excellence Construction Levy. LWSD will hold on construction at Site 59 in Sammamish and will redirect these funds to build additions at Eastlake High School and Redmond High School.
