Creativity on display - Old Redmond Schoolhouse Art Walk brings community together

Old Redmond Schoolhouse brought its community together for its annual Art Walk last week, celebrating a vibrant, student-centered showcase of creativity and belonging. For the third consecutive year, the Seattle Art Museum (SAM) partnered with the school to elevate the experience, highlighting the district’s commitment to engaging, innovative learning and meaningful community partnerships. Families enjoyed finding their children’s artwork on display, exploring a hands-on SAM art station and connecting with local partner organizations, all of which reflected Lake Washington School District’s focus on inclusive environments where every student’s voice and talents are honored and supported.
