State Environmental Protection Act

Periodically, Lake Washington School District proposes construction projects and acts as the lead agency for review under the State Environmental Protection Act (SEPA). For non-exempt projects, SEPA requires the District’s responsible official to make a determination as to whether or not the project has a significant environmental impact. SEPA notices are posted below. In addition, the District advertises notice in a publication of general circulation in the jurisdiction of the project site. The public is welcome to make comment during the period indicated on the notice and below.
