The Lake Washington School District No. 414 (the “District”) is seeking information for HIGH SCHOOL SCIENCE (the “Goods or Services”) from providers. Information will be received by up to, but not later than, 3:00 P.M., January 15, 2026. Each Proposal shall be in accordance with the specifications and documents now on file in Bonfire. Interested parties must register with Bonfire to view and download RFI document(s).

REDMOND & EASTLAKE HIGH SCHOOL ADDITIONS
RESPONSE DUE: 9 A.M. DECEMBER 22, 2025
The Lake Washington School District (LWSD) is accepting proposals from general contracting firms to provide GC/CM services.
Project Description:
To address short and long-term capacity needs, this multi-phase program may include but is not limited to interior renovations to existing buildings, site improvements, classroom addition and core additions at Redmond High School in Redmond, WA and Eastlake High School in Sammamish, WA. The district and design team will evaluate needs and priorities of which phasing will be determined in collaboration with the awarded GC/CM.
No hardcopy submittals will be accepted. All submittals will be electronically submitted via the Bonfire portal. Each response shall be in accordance with the specifications and documents now on file in Bonfire. Interested parties must register with Bonfire to view and download RFQ documents and upload submittals.
