Summer School Laptops

ATTENTION SUMMER SCHOOL STUDENTS

Student username changes coming August 5

All students attending summer school will continue to user their current “s-“ username until end of day August 2.

The district will be implementing new Microsoft student username and login credentials for all Lake Washington School District students beginning end of day Friday, August 2 with downtime over the weekend. The new usernames will be active beginning Monday, August 5. The student username will be the same 7-digit student number that has been used for library check out and lunch purchases in the past, and can be found on your school ASB card.  Email addresses will change to (7digitstudentnumber@lwsd.org) as the primary address, and messages sent to the  previous “s-” address will be delivered to the new 7-digit email address. Students will still retain their first and last names as identifiers such as in Teams or email and can be searched in Outlook by their first and last names.

Once your username is changed by the district on August 5, simply use your 7-digit Student Number in the Username section and continue using your current district password. Your ability to logon to your district laptop and Microsoft 365 (or other district resources that are not closed for the new school year provisioning) will not be interrupted.

If at first your new username is not working, RESTART your laptop and try again.

Contact Family Tech Access at 425-936-1322 for assistance with username or password issues.
