Compare LWSD High Schools

Lake Washington School District high schools offer many of the same classes in every high school, but the schools have differences as well. Students can attend their neighborhood school, attend a Choice school that draws students from all over the district, or ask for a variance to attend a different neighborhood school. Before entering high school, students and their families may want to learn more about what makes their neighborhood school unique or explore options at all of our schools.

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, students may not be able to attend the option that is most appealing to them. Choice school enrollment is determined by lottery and students must apply in January during the school year before they would begin attendance. High schools may have limited variances for students who do not live in their neighborhoods, so acceptance at another school is not guaranteed.
