Juanita Elementary students combine coding with storytelling
For Hour of Code, students at Juanita Elementary coded robots called "Ozobots" that can read color sequences and perform basic actions based on the sequences the students set them to. This includes speeding up, spinning around, moving in slow motion, etc. The students tried to match the actions to an event in the Rapunzel fairy tale as the robot traveled along the story path. They narrated the story as it traveled along the path from beginning to end.
