Perfect five – Redmond High sophomore receives perfect score on AP exam
Aadit Ambadkar RHS AP Exam

It is one thing to get a score of five on any Advanced Placement (AP) exam, but to get every, single point possible is very unique. Aadit Ambadkar, Redmond High School sophomore, is one of just 335 students across the world to accomplish this. Ambadkar accomplished this feat in May (as a freshman) by earning every point possible on the AP Computer Science Principles Exam, receiving the maximum score on each portion of the exam.

“We applaud your mastery of the content and skills of this AP course,” said Trevor Packer, Head of the Advanced Placement Program, in an email to Ambadkar. “[We] wish you many future successes.”

According to an AP press release, Colleges and universities around the world receive AP scores for college credit, advanced placement and/or consideration in the admission process.
