Cultural Game Night Brings Families Together

Rose Hill Elementary student and parent play a game at the school's Cultural Game Night

Over 400 Rose Hill Elementary students and families came together on January 11 for Cultural Game Night. When students and families arrived at Cultural Game Night, they received a passport. Throughout the night, they “traveled” the world. They collected passport stamps and learned about other cultures by playing games and sampling traditional candies from around the world.

The school’s Natural Leaders hosted the event. Natural Leaders are parent leaders from multicultural families. They support partnerships between families and the school. Their goal is to help adults and children achieve success in the school community.
