Field work nearly complete at Juanita High School
Athletes at Juanita High School will have upgraded fields to practice on when they return to school this fall for soccer, football and slowpitch softball. Construction crews are putting the finishing touches on the baseball and multipurpose fields. The fields were upgraded to a synthetic turf surface. Track and Field participants in the discus, shotput and javelin will have new throwing cages and landing areas in the spring.
The football field also received new turf and the track was resurfaced. The tennis courts received a final coating of paint over the summer.
