Login: lwsd.org/skyward

Enter your district-provided Skyward username and password on the login screen and click Sign In.  

If you do not know your login information, click Forgot your Username or Password. Enter your email address in the field provided and click Submit. Instructions for resetting your password will be sent to you by email.

The information you have access to appears on your Skyward homepage, or dashboard, as a series of tiles. Click any of the tiles to see more.

You can click the home icon or the Skyward logo any time to return to your dashboard.

You can view a list of upcoming, missing and past assignments by clicking the Assignments tile.

To view your attendance record, click the Attendance tile. Your current excused, unexcused and tardy totals appear in the current year totals section at the top of the screen.

Click the blue arrow icon in the leftmost column to open details for a listed tardy or absence. If your teacher has entered a comment, it will appear in the comment box.
 

To access your grades, click the Grading tile. The grades screen shows your current grade in each of your classes for each quarter of the school year (term 1, term 2, term 3, and term 4) as well as overall grades for semesters 1 and 2. You can also see the number of assignments missing, if any.

Click a grade to open the progress report panel at the right of your screen. This panel shows a breakdown of assignments by category and your grades for those assignments.

You can view grades for a limited range of previous academic years by clicking the Academic History tile.

High school students can see progress towards graduation by selecting the Graduation Plan tile from their Student Access dashboards.

The Graduation Plan screen displays credits required, completed, in-progress (currently scheduled), waived and remaining.

There are ten credit areas for high school students: English, Social Studies, Math, Science, Health, Physical Education, Fine Arts, Career and Technical Education, World Language and General (Electives).  Some of these areas include specific course requirements.  

More details on the courses that have met an area can be found by clicking on the round blue arrow icon beside each subject area.

Secondary students can view their weekly course schedules by clicking the Schedule tile. From here you can print your schedule.

When scores for standardized tests such as the SBA or WCAS are uploaded, you can view them in the Test Results section of your Skyward account. Click the blue arrow icon to view your scores.

Click the Transportation tile to view your bus route and schedule. Please note bus drop-off times are 1.5 hours earlier on Wednesdays. For more information see the district transportation page.
