Yes. The web address is different so any browser bookmarks will need to be updated. 

Family Access usernames and passwords have not changed. Student Access usernames will now be the 7-digit Student Number that is the start of the student email address. Student Access passwords do not change. There will be a link on the login screen for those that forgot their username and/or password.

No. All student, family and emergency contact information has migrated to our new version. Families can update phone numbers, emails and contact information through the new Family Access.

Yes. However, some of the attachments in Portfolio will take a few weeks to get moved into the new version.

Yes. Users will need to edit the account information on the mobile app to point to the new version of Skyward-Family Access. Directions on how to do this are available here.
