Original Summons & Complaint Response

Lake Washington School District practice regarding electronic service of original summons & complaint response

The Lake Washington School District does not provide a waiver or acknowledgement of personal service of original service of process of a Summons and Complaint via email or by any other electronic means. Pursuant to RCW 4.28.080(3), the District will acknowledge service delivered in person to the sole designee named by the superintendent. Process Servers may arrange a time and date to deliver a summons by contacting the District at 425-936-1200.
