Finn Hill student scholars enjoy pancake breakfast from their teachers

Students can work up quite an appetite doing school work. Why not reward them with breakfast? Scholars at Finn Hill Middle School got that reward on February 23 when families and staff helped prepare and serve 1,500 pancakes to 308 scholars - more than half the school’s population.

PTSA Special Needs Group

The Lake Washington PTSA Special Needs Group helps connect parents in the Lake Washington School District who have children with disabilities. It is comprised of parents whose children receive special services (IEPs) and accommodations (504s). Interested staff and students are also welcome. The group meets every school month except for December and June. The group hosts speakers, has an extensive lending library, shares community resources, helps parents network and helps parents stay up-to-date on district and PTSA issues affecting children with disabilities.
