We need your input on planning for future facilities to accommodate growth in our district to share with our Facility Advisory Committee (FAC), so we can learn what’s most important to everyone before we move ahead together in planning for future facility needs in Lake Washington School District.

How will my feedback be used?

The FAC will be using your thoughts to create a new facility strategy that will align with the district’s Strategic Plan. The FAC will make recommendations to help accommodate our rapid enrollment growth and continue to provide quality learning environments. The Superintendent and School Board will consider these recommendations as it plans for future ballot measures to fund construction.

Why is the district using Thoughtexchange?

We are using Thoughtexchange so everyone has a chance to share their perspectives and understand what’s most important to the group. Click the “Participate” button to share your thoughts and then rate at least 20-30 of the thoughts that others have shared. Your participation is confidential, so no one will know who shared or rated which thoughts. Please visit Thoughtexchange often to rate new ideas. This Exchange will be available until February 12, 2020.

Will my comments be confidential?

Yes, this exchange is confidential. Your thoughts will be shared, but your identity will not be shared. Please be polite and respectful as you share and rate thoughts. Thoughts that are rude or hurtful or specifically identify a person or group will be removed. If you have concerns that a thought is inappropriate, you can report the thought by clicking in the upper-right corner of the thought. If you disagree with a thought, please assign a low rating to it rather than removing it. If you cannot rate a thought because it doesn’t apply to you, you may skip it by clicking in the upper-right corner of the thought. You do not need to rate all thoughts in this exchange.
