The Board of Directors shall employ upon the recommendation of the superintendent the necessary persons to carry on the educational, operational, and business affairs of the district in an efficient manner.

All personnel shall be employed by a majority vote of the Lake Washington School District Board of Directors.

The superintendent or designee shall notify each employee of his/her employment and shall be responsible for completing the employment procedure. The superintendent or designee shall keep accurate records of all employments and records of service.
