Evaluation of Administrative Professional Staff
Procedures for Implementation of Administrator Performance Evaluation
The evaluation of administrator performance shall be based on established criteria. A written evaluation shall take place annually and shall include a mid-year conference and review.
Supportive documentation / evidence shall be provided by the administrator's immediate supervisor and the administrator. The evaluation statement shall be written by the immediate supervisor.
