Educational programs levy

We want to ensure our students have access to staff, programs, and course offerings to be successful and graduate future-ready

  • The Educational Programs and Operations levy funds program and operations needs not funded by the state.
  • The levy must be renewed every four years.
  • The February 8, 2022 levy replaces the expiring levy.

The Educational Programs and Operations Levy provides 14% of our district’s overall budget. 

EP&O levy replacement

School staff, with a focus on social-emotional support 

  • School nurses, counselors, substitutes, health room staff, mental health professionals, and campus safety staff 
  • Staffing for Special Education, Highly Capable, English Learner Programs 

Opportunities for students  

  • Additional course offerings such as a 7-period high school day to support graduation requirements 
  • Summer learning  
  • Music and arts programs and extracurricular activities, including athletics 

Early learning programs for our youngest learners 

  • Early learning programs such as Special Education Preschool, Head Start.
