Sites — Submittals by Realtor
Submittals by realtors for future school sites shall be accepted only under the following conditions:
- That the submittal be in writing and that it be accompanied by a copy of an exclusive real estate sales agreement signed by the owner of the property.
- That the submittal be accompanied by a drawing of the proposed site giving dimensions, locations of adjacent streets, and full legal description of the property.
- That the submittal also include a statement regarding availability of water, sewer, and other utilities. This statement should indicate the name of the water district, sewer district, fire district, etc. and show the status of assessments for the property.
- The submittal should be accompanied by a statement naming the governmental agencies which have jurisdiction of the area in which the property is located.
Relations with other Governmental Units
The superintendent or designee shall maintain a constant contact with the King County Planning Department and with the planning departments of Kirkland, Redmond, and Houghton to be certain that all proposed plats, rezones, and variances are compatible with school planning and operation in the respective areas.
