“Don’t spend it all in one place.” “A penny saved is a penny earned.” These are phrases we have all learned to try and be smart about our money. Fourth- and fifth-graders in the Quest program at Smith Elementary learned these tips and more during a financial literacy class.
Lake Washington School District is located between Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains, to the east of Seattle. Covering 76 square miles, LWSD is the public school district for the cities of Kirkland and Redmond, as well as about half of Sammamish. On the north end of the district, some Bothell and Woodinville residents also attend our schools.
The map below gives an overview of school locations and boundaries. For more specific information about what school your child will attend and printable boundary maps for individual schools, see the Attendance Areas page.
The interactive district map is no longer available. We are aware of this issue and are working to fix it. To search for the school your child(ren) will attend, please use the School Assignment & Bus Finder.
