    Ms. Askman provides overall leadership for the success of the district’s technology operations, ensuring robust and reliable infrastructure to support student learning and productivity of district staff. She leads the development, integration, and implementation of the district’s technology policies and plans aligned with district goals and objectives. Ms. Askman assumes responsibility for technical and network operations, hardware and software support; data center functions; and, technical applications and technology project management and works collaboratively with technology integration to develop and implement efficient and effective cross-departmental systems and processes.

    Ms. Fowler-Fung provides overall leadership for human resources (HR), assuming responsibility for the processes, policies, and programs that enable the district to recruit, hire, and retain highly effective personnel. Ms. Fowler-Fung assumes responsibility for ensuring positive and collaborative employee and labor relations, as well as efficient and effective HR operations aligned with district goals and objectives. She is responsible for certificated and classified recruitment and hiring; staffing; substitutes; and, compliance with all legal and contractual matters pertaining to employment. Ms. Fowler-Fung serves as the district’s civil rights compliance coordinator, monitoring and coordinating the district’s compliance with non-discrimination laws and policies.

    Mr. Kelly works in collaboration with the director to provide leadership for the district’s human resources (HR) and to integrate and implement effective HR operations aligned with district goals and objectives. Mr. Kelly assumes responsibility for classified staffing and employee relations processes and compliance with all legal and contractual matters pertaining to classified employment. Mr. Kelly oversees employment-related processes pertaining to the Americans with Disabilities Act.

She collaborates with the Professional Learning department to assist with systems and processes to ensure appropriate onboarding, orientation, and training for new employees.
