• Developed strategies to recruit and hire diverse candidates.
• Provided cultural competency training to all office professionals; offered professional learning opportunities to all staff.
• Continue to grow our Alternative Routes program, which is our internal pipeline to Certification for our Classified staff interested in becoming teachers.
