NEW:  Registration is for the whole school year. Anyone wishing to take only a partial year will be accepted if space is available. Students registering for the whole year have priority. Payment will be divided into three due dates. The first installment is due with registration, 1/3^rd is due Nov.15, and the final 1/3^rd is due March 7th. An email notification will be sent out when the other two payments are due.

Things to keep in mind:

• Spanish classes start in the week of September 27th and end on May 29 for the Beg/Int class and May 30 for the Adv class.
• All classes start promptly at 8 AM and ends at 8:50 AM. Please arrive by 7:55 am if you are the chaperone.
• *Beginner / Intermediate students with 1 to 2 years experience should take Spanish with Ms. Liz. 
• **Students with 3 or more years of Spanish should take Ms. Horstmann's class.
• Class size is limited to 15 students and is first come first served.
• If class size is very low, then the class may not be offered. We leave this decision up to the teachers.
• Class costs include a $25 supply fee for booklets, folders, visuals, markers, glue, and other take home items.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are based on when cancellations are received. Cancellations received:

• Two weeks or more prior to class start date - a full refund minus a 3.8% processing fee. 
• Within two weeks of class start date and through the first week of class – if we can fill the spot, a prorated refund based on the number of classes attended during the first week. 
• After the first week of class – no refunds for the session

There are no refunds for missed classes. Snow days will be made up, if possible.
