Ski Club
Stella Schola students enjoy participating in Ski Club on Wednesdays in January and February!

Stella Schola Middle School students can choose to go snow skiing or snow boarding six times in January  and February each year. For six Wednesdays students are bused up to Snoqualmie Pass where they can choose to sign up for lessons and learn or improve their skills.

Families pay for transportation and for lessons in they are participating in lessons. Lift tickets are purchased by the family ahead of time or at the pass (season tickets depend on the child's age and how comprehensive the ticket is for ski locations at the pass). Parents who volunteer to chaperone can count the whole 7.5 hours as family service hours.

The bus returns to Stella Schola around 7:30pm, so students have a full afternoon of skiing/boarding!  Teachers feel this is a valuable activity and do not give homework on Wednesday afternoons for those six weeks in support of the program.

The program is run and sponsored by the Stella Schola PTO.
