  • Curricular Overview
    The emphasis at Stella Schola is on mastery learning for all students. Subjects are integrated into all areas. Instruction is geared to be academically challenging. Click here to get a brief overview of each grade level.

  • Student-to-Student Mentoring
    We know that learning to assist others and to empathize with others is an essential skill in today's world. Each eighth grade student is paired with a sixth grade student in our teacher-led mentoring program.
  • Honor Society
    STELLA SCHOLA CHAPTER of National Junior Honor Society (established in 2004) currently has 42 members.
  • National Latin Exam
    Stella Schola students take two years of Latin. Each March, students test their knowledge by participating in the National Latin Exam.
  • Student Rights and Responsibilities
    Lake Washington School District intends that all students, teachers, administrators, and parents have access to and an understanding of the state laws, statutes, and codes that govern student rights, responsibilities, student discipline, and due process. This handbook provides some of the laws and regulations, along with a summation of district policy.
