ART SMART is a FINE ARTS awareness program funded by the Rosa Parks PTSA and organized by parent volunteers collaborating with classroom teachers.  The five classroom projects will enrich our children's understanding of fine artists, their works, as well as, art elements.  Through the learning of new concepts and techniques, the Art Smart program will help the students explore and express their own artistic style.

• To teach art concepts and elements.
• To provide an environment that fosters creativity.
• To contribute toward meeting the art educational requirements.
• To have fun!
