Students at RJH have many activities to choose from
 

 Students Involved

Associated Student Body

Every student at Redmond Junior High is eligible to be a member of Associated Student Body (ASB) by purchasing an ASB card. This entitles the holder to join the ASB clubs, participate on school sport teams, vote in all school elections and receive discounts on ASB functions and activities.

ASB Activities

Games Club-Test your skills in a variety of board games.

Spirit Club-Promotes RJH pride through school wide activities and assemblies.

Honor Society-Recognizes academic excellence. Eligible students are 8th and 9th grader students who have a 3.6 grade point average or above.

Math Team-An opportunity for students with excellent math skills to compete.

Yearbook/Annual-Creates the yearbook for the ASB. Utilizes talents in writing, photography, art and layout skills.

Environmental Club-Participate in environmental activities such as recycling, local stewardship and education.

Academic Games-Competes against other schools in activities that stretch thinking and uses problem solving.

Chess Team-For students who want to learn and play chess with other students.

Dances-Sponsored by the ASB Leadership for RJH student body. Tickets are sold during school prior to dances.

Season One (September-October): Basketball, Boy's (7th Grade); Badminton, Girl's; Football (8th & 9th Grade); Softball; Tennis, Boy's

Season Two (November-January): Basketball, Girl's; Basketball, Boy's (8th & 9th Grade)

Season Three (February-March): Volleyball, Girl's (8th & 9th Grade); Wrestling

Season Four (April-May): Baseball; Tennis, Girl's; Track Boy's; Track Girl's; Volleyball, Girl's (7th Grade)
