 Quarterly and Summer Reading Requirements

Rose Hill Junior High is proud to emphasize reading as part of its school-wide focus.  Not only does Rose Hill have a required summer reading program, but students must also read a book per quarter for each of their core classes:  English, Social Studies, Math and Science.  First quarter, students read a classic novel from the AR list.  Second quarter, students read an historical fiction novel from the social studies list.  During third quarter, students read a science fiction novel from the Science AR list.  Finally, student will complete a math reading activity during fourth quarter.  More information about Rose Hill's reading program may be found on the Quarterly Reading and Summer Reading pages.
