Jeff DeGallier comes from a family of educators. Both of his parents taught in elementary and junior high schools.  They also were school principals. His sister is an elementary teacher.

He is a Husky true to the purple and gold. He graduated from the University of Washington in business administration. He worked in the private business world for two years. He heard the call to teach and earned his teaching degree from Seattle Pacific University. He taught at the junior high level for seven years. His adminstration degree is from Western Washington University. He has been a middle school and elementary principal for 14 years.

Jeff and his wife Kim, are busy parents to two sons, who are involved in sports and many school and community activites. Jeff's hobbies are reading and working out.

Mr. DeGallier's passion for education and children is infectious. He knows every JME student's name, academic and social strengths. He is directly involved with each child's academic expectations and success.
