Senior Portrait Options – Submission of an alternate photo does not guarantee inclusion.
We cannot accept hard copies, low resolution or emailed files
Submission due by Friday January 15, 2016
Option 1:
Use the official senior photo taken by our school photographer
 
 
Option 2:
Upload a professional quality digital photo to replace the school portrait https://images.jostens.com/402613427
Note - A confirmation email be generated to the sender’s address, make sure to check it and verify that the file uploaded successfully.
Senior Portrait Photo Requirements
*Gestures and poses must be school appropriate
 
*Dress conforms to LW dress code standards
 
*Orientation: portrait, not landscape
 
*Acceptable file types: .jpg or .tiff
 
*Pixel file sizes: 600 x 900, 1800 x 2400, 2400 x 3600 (the bigger the file size the better)
 
*Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
Option 3:
Drop off a CD clearly labeled with senior’s legal name to Mili’s desk in the main office.
Note - Rename the file to the student’s legal name before saving to the disc. Example: Lee, Karen.jpg

Our yearbook has been awarded the National Yearbook Program of Excellence Award for the 2nd year in a row. This award recognizes those who excel coverage (90% of our student body included 3+ times), overall sales (1,002 books sold), and exceptional project management.

Jostens Publishing is pleased to announce our Lake Washington High School yearbook is featured in the national Look Book as an example of excellence, creativity and innovation. Having our yearbook featured in this annual gallery of the best of the best in scholastic  journalism is a significant achievement. A team of experts selected 476 yearbooks from thousands submitted for consideration. In the coming weeks, more than 15,000 high schools producing yearbooks with Jostens will receive a copy of the Look Book.

WE WANT YOU on our 2015-16 YEARBOOK STAFF
All you have to do is:
  1. Register for the class during open registration: Yearbook CTA151 and CTA152
  2. Complete and turn in this application to Ms. Wyatt and 1-2 paragraph typed essay by March 31st.
  3. Request two teacher recommendations – give your teachers the last two pages of the application
Why yearbook?
