Senior Breakfast - TBD in the cafeteria at TBD
GRADUATION REHEARSAL- TBD in the LWHS gym from TBD.  

The rehearsal is mandatory in order to participate in graduation.  All rehearsal participations must be cleared of fines, have completed check-out, and met all graduation requirements.

GRADUATION CEREMONY- TBD @ Key Arena.

In order to participate in the commencement program, students will need to follow these procedures:

 Attend Mandatory Rehearsal

 Dress: Boys must wear shirts with collars. Ties are recommended. Girls should wear a dress, skirt or nice slacks. Students will not be allowed to alter or add to the graduation caps or gowns. No leis are permitted to be worn.

 Behavior: Since the graduation exercises serve a serious purpose, students exhibiting inappropriate behavior at graduation or rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.

 The event held at Key Arena is school sponsored. Therefore inappropriate behavior will lead to disciplinary action including ejection from the arena and removal from the ceremony.

TICKETS:

 Each graduate will receive 10 tickets during rehearsal.

 Students who requested additional tickets with pick them up AFTER rehearsal from Mrs. Muro in the Counseling Office.

 Students who have guests they will not see prior to the event must leave will-call tickets with pertinent information with designated staff member following rehearsal.

AT KEY ARENA:

 Graduates are to report to the Thomas Street entrance at Key Arena by TBD. No guests are allowed in the Graduation Staging area.

 Doors will open for audience at TBD. Because there are three ceremonies on TBD, the Arena will be cleared between ceremonies – please do not arrive earlier than TBD. Guests will enter through the east (fountain side) or west (1^st Ave. North) doors.

 Tickets will be collected before entering the ceremony. In lieu of a ticket, guests may show an LWHS Graduation Invitation. One ticket per guest.

 Will-call tickets can be picked up on the east side (fountain side) beginning at TBD.

 Food concessions will be closed. Key Arena does not allow food or beverages to be brought in.

  Handicapped seating is in sections 103, 107, 114, and 127                

AFTER THE CEREMONY:

Meet your graduate outside the west entrance of Key Arena (1st Ave side).  Busses will be waiting here for the senior party.  Students will not be allowed to wait on the floor, enter the stands, or remain inside the building following the ceremony.

DIPLOMAS:

Students will pick-up diplomas at LWHS beginning at 6am (following the return of Party Busses).

Off-site pay lots and street parking are available. Disabled parking is located at the First Avenue North garage Lot 3 directly south of Key Arena and the Second Avenue Lot 6 on Mercer Street.
