  • Directory Information Withhold Form
    Student records are private by law: Federal law prohibits school districts from releasing information found in student files without parent/guardian permission, except for what is called directory information. Parents can tell the school and district to keep directory information private as well, with this form: Directory information may be released under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). However, parents of students under age 18 and students themselves who are over 18 have the right to tell the school district and its schools to keep directory information private. The district does not release directory information for commercial purposes.

    Beginning on Monday, August 11, you will be able to log in to Parent Access, click on Family Access, and verify your student’s information. Make any changes needed, if any, click submit and be done.

    Information on this form should be filled out/updated for each new school year. Please complete this form and return as soon as possible. In order to provide a safe and healthy environment for your child, this information will be reviewed by the school nurse and shared with staff. Minor health conditions that will not affect your child at school do not need to be listed on this form.

  • Laptop Handbook
    The Mobile Access for Students program allows each student in grades 6-12 to receive a laptop or netbook computer for their educational use both at home and at school. The use of this tool is designed to enrich the learning environment and to assist teachers as they support students in acquiring the skills, knowledge and attributes in the district’s student profile. The privilege of accessing the school network and computer resources is also an opportunity to learn the responsibility of informed, ethical and responsible computer use. This handbook outlines many of these responsibilities. It provides information and resources for families about these expectations.
