The LWHS staff is looking forward to a great 2014-2015 school year!

LWHS Picture Day / ASB Cards / Laptop Rollout

Atttendance is strongly recommended. Students will purchase ASB cards ($50), yearbooks ($60), pay fees and fines, and have school pictures taken. (To avoid lines you may pay online throught Parent Access at ). All students are required to take an ID picture at no cost. NOTE: A signed Student Parent Laptop Agreement is required to pick up your laptop (click here).

  • Laptop Agreement Form
    Student/Parent Laptop Agreement Form. Please read and sign. Your student will need to bring this to school to check out a laptop.

  • Laptop Handbook
    The Mobile Access for Students program allows each student in grades 6-12 to receive a laptop or netbook computer for their educational use both at home and at school. The use of this tool is designed to enrich the learning environment and to assist teachers as they support students in acquiring the skills, knowledge and attributes in the district’s student profile. The privilege of accessing the school network and computer resources is also an opportunity to learn the responsibility of informed, ethical and responsible computer use. This handbook outlines many of these responsibilities. It provides information and resources for families about these expectations.

    El programa que proporciona acceso móvil para el estudiantes permite que cada estudiante en los grados 6-12 reciban una computadora portátil o computadora netbook para su uso educativo, tanto en casa como en la escuela. El uso de esta tecnología está diseñado para enriquecer el ambiente de aprendizaje y ayudar a los maestros a medida que apoyan a los estudiantes en la adquisición de las competencias, conocimientos y atributos en el perfil del estudiante del distrito.
