Come Learn Spanish or Mandarin, classes are designed to instill a love of language and culture in children. Our highly trained, dynamic, native-speaking teachers lead small classes in fun activities in the target language with a focus on communicating.

K-2 – We focus on building listening and speaking skills. We act, sing, and do lots of activities that put the language in context. We have cultural weeks and arts weeks, where we go even deeper into exploring the richness of the culture. Each year we cover new themes.

3-5 - We continue to build listening and speaking skills. It’s a key time for ensuring students are comfortable in the target language and we focus on building longer sentences and more fluency through activities, games, acting and art. Reading and writing are introduced as well.
