 Smart with Art - Master Pieces in Art

 

Grades: K - 5th

Wednesday 2:05pm to 3:35pm

Dates: 1/9 to 4/3 (13 sessions) No class 11/21

Location: Art Room, Fee: $270 ($265 PTSA Members)

Have you ever looked at your trash and seen items ready to be transformed into pieces of art? NO? Well this session will change that! Students will focus on creating works of art using recycled materials in purposeful way. This exciting session incorporates design concepts, historical art content, and our “green” theme. Join us on this artful, earth friendly venture!

 Kirkland Arts Center – Ceramic Class

 

Grades: Thursday (K - 3rd) or Friday (3rd - 5th)

Location: Art Room

Time: 3:35pm to 5:05pm

Dates: 1/10 to 4/4 (10 sessions) No class 1/31, 2/14, 3/14

Dates: 1/11 to 4/5 (10 sessions) No class 2/1, 2/15, 3/15

Fee: $155 ($150 PTSA Members)

Get dirty, use your imagination and have fun playing with clay. Learn to make all sorts of objects; boxes, animals, bird houses, beads, tea cups, spaceships...! Decorate with colored slips and apply clear glaze for a shiny colorful finish to a wonderful piece of art!
