To be eligible to participate, all FIVE forms must be completed , the sports participation fee paid ($105.00), an ASB membership purchased ($25.00), and all fines paid.  The necessary forms are available online on the "Athletics" page or in the Student Office.  The required forms are 1) Sports Physical Examination/Clearance Form, 2) Athletics Emergency Information Form, 3) Junior High School Athletic Policy, 4)Concussion Information Sheet, and 5) LWSD Athletic/Activities Drug-Alcohol & Tobacco Code.  You must complete all of the above before a clearance card is issued.

FOOTBALL TURNOUT STARTS MONDAY, AUGUST 29TH.

ALL OTHER 1ST SEASON SPORTS START THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH EXCEPT BADMINTON WHICH WILL START ON MONDAY, SEPT. 12TH.
