Hello, my name is Neil Kells and I would like to welcome you all to another exciting year and to share a few things about myself.  I was born and raised in Eastern Washington, in a small town called Omak.  I left there shortly after graduating high school and moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington.  I completed my education at UW with a degree in Psychology and then attended Western Washington University to get my Teaching Certificate.  I am starting my 15th year in education having started in the Seattle School District at Chief Sealth HS and Washington MS before moving to the Lake Washington School District.  My first 3 years in the district I was a Special Ed Teaching Assistant at Rose Hill Junior High and then as a Math teacher for one year before moving over to Kamiakin.  I am starting my 10th year here and truly love this school.  Along with teaching Math, I am also the schools Athletic Director and the Assistant Cross Country Coach and Head Track Coach at Juanita HS.  I enjoy a variety of activities including all sports, camping, traveling, being a father and husband, and coaching.
