Master Builders Career Connection brought Charlie’s House, a hands-on building project, to Juanita in late November, 2010.  Between Mr. Acton’s and Mr. Shelton’s classes we kept the instructors busy for a week as we learned how to wire lights and use drill motors all the while learning valuable safety procedures.  Students worked in teams putting up siding, installing windows and placing roof trusses.  Students also learned about alternative building materials, energy usage, and green practices.  Check out these photos to see your classmates in action.
