Students at Franklin are expected to speak with kindness and use good manners, take responsibility for their actions, always do their best, and respect themselves, their environment and others. Franklin staff members recognize students who exhibit these traits by giving them S.T.A.R. tickets. Each quarter the principal will hold a S.T.A.R. prize drawing to celebrate students who are representing Franklin in these ways.
