Family Math Night  Coming up on Thursday 9th May, from 7 to 8 pm.  This is a fun night for parents and students. 

EnVision Math
In Sept 2010 LWSD adopted a new math curriculum, EnVision Math.  Here is an overview that was presented at our Family Information night in Sept 2010.

Accessing EnVision at Home
EnVision Math allows students to log in and practice math at home as well.   Please follow the instructions for logging in.  Parents of students K-2, follow these instructions to find your child's user name and password.   Please note:
username:      lwsd/s-username
password:       s#123456     (This is the last 6 digits, not all the digits from the "other id").

Franklin Math Challenge
The Franklin monthly math challenge, is for all students.  Pick up a copy or print out the monthly math challenge, and return answers to the board in the foyer.  The class with the highest participation wins a prize for their class.

Check out the Explorations in Math website.  You can click on member tab.
