Evergreen Elementary Bands are for everyone!
We welcome all 5^th and 6^th graders, regardless of previous music reading or instrument playing background! We have fun, meet new kids from other schools and learn how to be part of a band. We start out with FLUTE, CLARINET, TRUMPET, TROMBONE, BARITONE, and PERCUSSION.
Beginning Band meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in Evergreen’s Band Room, from 8-8:40 a.m.

Dickinson Elementary Orchestras
Orchestra starts in the 4^th grade in this district.  We have students from Dickinson, Explorer, Alcott, Wilder, Einstein and Rosa Parks.  We meet in the commons/new gym from 7:30 a.m.-8:25 a.m. at Dickinson Elementary.  Your child can choose to play the violin, viola or cello.  Beginning violins come on Tuesday  and Thursday.  Beginning viola and cello come on Tuesday and Friday. Our second and third year students come on Monday and Wednesday.  Please contact us if you have any questions!  Rachel Harris rharris@lwsd.org  Susan Krebs skrebs@lwsd.org. Emily Dickinson/Explorer Primary Choir
Primary Choir is for 1^st and 2^nd grade students at Emily Dickinson and Explorer Elementary Schools.
Enrollment in Primary Choir happens during the months of September, and again in January.
Kindergarten students who wish to join choir are eligible to join in January
Enrollment period is announced in the Friday Flyer and on Parent Organizer.

Emily Dickinson/Explorer Intermediate Choir
Intermediate Choir is for 3rd  - 6^th grade students at Emily Dickinson and Explorer Elementary Schools.

Emily Dickinson/Explorer Percussion Ensemble
The Percussion Ensemble is an auditioned ensemble.
