Community School is a public school in the Lake Washington School District. We are provided the same Distict curriculum and training as all elementary schools in the District. The District Curriculum Framework and Power Standards guide our teaching content and essential questions. Every one of our teachers is a "Teacher Leader" in one or more discipline. They attend regular District meetings and workshops to ensure that Community School is aware of, and involved in, current District curriculum decisions in Instructional Technology, Mathematics, Language Arts and Science.
