Safety Patrol is just one of many activities that students may choose to participate in!
Battle of the Books
This is a fun reading program sponsored by LWSD Library teachers that is offered to intermediate students, to promote enjoyment in reading quality literature.
Big & Little Buddies
Throughout Blackwell, buddy classes have paired up to give older students a chance to work with younger students, and younger students get to know our older students.
Choir
The Blackwell Choir, directed by Adrienne Sabo, is open to all 4th, 5th and 6th graders who are interested in singing and learning more about music.
Running Club
Mr. Hutchison sponsors the Running Club which allows participants a chance to cover as many miles, on foot, as they are able to!
Safety Patrol
Safety Patrol is an opportunity for students to serve their school by keeping students safe when arriving and departing from school.
Speedstacking Club
Blackwell Stackcats Speedstacking Club
Student Council
Student Council is a great leadership opportunity for students at Blackwell. We have two representatives from each fourth through sixth grade classrooms. Those representatives are nominated by the students in their classroom. Mrs. Tremblay is the advisor.
