Create A Password
Fourth, fifth and sixth graders set up their student accounts by first creating a password.  Passwords are changed several times through out the year and must meet certain criteria.

The first time you log in with the information given to you by your teacher your monitor will look like the above image.  Don't panic!  You are just being prompted to set your own password.

Your password must meet certain criteria

  • It must be at least eight characters long
  • Use at least one capital letter AND one number OR symbol (for example * $ & ! )
  • There must be three different aspects to your password (for example capital letter, lower case letter and numbers OR capital letter, lower case letters and symbol)
  • Do not use Caps Lock when typing capital letters, use your shift key.
  • Do not use any part of your first or last name in your password.
  • You will not be able to read your password on your monitor (it will appear ********) so don't make it too long.
  • Make it a unique word but easy for you to remember and spell.
  • Don't share your password with other students!
