Cari Raffel

Mrs. Raffel grew up in Maryland and went to college in North Carolina.  She then moved to the Seattle area and went back to get her Masters in Teaching. 

Mrs. Raffel is new to Bell this year and  is very excited to start this 4th grade adventure with a fantastic staff supporting her.  Mrs. Raffel taught 4th and 5th grade in the Mukilteo School District for six years and then started a family.  She has been a substitute in the Lake Washington School District for the past three years.  

All three of her children are in the Lake Washington School District (4th, 6th and 8th grade).  Mrs. Raffel lives with her husband Mike, their three kids, two dogs and a gecko.  She loves to hike, bike ride, hang out with family, read and travel.
