Mrs. Kassel-Day teaches 2nd grade
Phone: 425.936.2510

Deborah Kassel-Day

  • Bachelor of Education, The Ohio State University
  • Master of Education, Lesley University

Mrs. Kassel-Day grew up in Bay Village, Ohio – a suburb on the far west side of Cleveland.  My fifth grade teacher, Mrs. Murray, chose and read the best read-aloud stories and she remembers being spellbound as she read The Secret Garden, The Yearling, and other children’s classics.  Her husband of 29 years and they have a daughter who is a junior at Seattle University and a son who is a student at Bellevue College. They are hosting an exchange student from Chile.

Mrs. Kassel-Day has taught at Bell since 2002 – she likes that the staff laughs a lot and supports one another!    In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, camping, hiking, and home decorating.
